Appliances
In the evaluation of household appliances, depending on the characteristics of a subject product, both physical and cognitive testing methods are used. In examining these products, which are known as end-user products, considering the user satisfaction is a must in addition to conventional ergonomics evaluations. This is achieved by the applications used ‘during' and ‘after' the tests which provide techniques evaluating the user's body language. Although the product safety is not the main focus of the tests, the results obtained can be interpreted and evaluated to provide necessary feedback.
Usable household appliances will provide a satisfactory, safe, and
user-friendly use.
