User satisfaction is one of the most important criteria determining a market success of a product. In order to achieve a qualified product, Product-User relationship should be considered by a holistic approach. This approach requires analyses of user’s physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. In the analyses of quality in use, user’s success and satisfaction during use are analyzed where the satisfaction is an important criterion.
In the scope of user satisfaction below criteria are measured:
