Expert Analysis

Expert analysis method is carried out, when the manufacturer is in need of urgent feed-back, in order to examine the product in development phase or to evaluate the product under production. In contrast to use tests, expert analysis does not involve the participation of real or potential users. The product is analyzed and evaluated by experts in the scope of international standards, norms, and principles. The evaluations not only involve information relevant to the subject product, but also involve informing of the firm on actual approaches and design principles related to that specific product family.


At the end of the expert analysis, a report on the evaluation of the product according to various usability criteria and solutions for problems (if there are any), is delivered to the manufacturer.
